Now for the basics, if you just got your nose pierced, it is perfectly normal for it to be red, swollen, tender, and maybe even a slight bleeding. The whole piercing your nose process is basically an open wound; so that sort of reaction is to expected. If you are worried something about the piercing wasn’t done right, or your nose is still swollen, and red, go back and see your piercer. After all, the piercer has a better idea if it’s infected or was done wrong, or a doctor if it leads to a more serious complications. They are the best at recognizing that sort of thing.
